WHAT WE DO!!

We sell clothing and apparel such as T-Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, and other Accessories. With every purchase you recieve Entries into our current giveaway. For most of the giveaways we offer 1 Entry for every $1 that you spend in our store. Usually for launch week and/or final week we will offer some sort of multiplier, say 5x or even 10x Entries which means you get 10 Entries for every $1 you spend. At the end of the giveaway we announce a winner (Usually 7-10 days after the deadline). We call them LIVE on our Instagram account and tell them the great news. We do our best to meet all of our winners in person but unfortunatley it doesn’t always happen. If you are lucky enough to win then we would love to meet you and spend the day chatting about your new prize.

HOW WE STARTED!!

Colby Wilson started Underpaid Apparel when he was 30 years old out of his home office. Having worked numerous construction jobs since he was 16 he had a love for the blue collar lifestyle. Colby started his career in road construction at 18, working closely with his state DOT but like most southern boys he woke up one day and found himself married with a baby on the way and he knew, he needed to find a higher paying job. So at 22, he left home, away from his new wife and child to go chase Turn Arounds. Traveling the country working in Refineries and Plants across America he visited and worked in over 30 states and met some great people along the way. Six years and another baby later he decided it was time to come home for good. Having worked as a certified boilermaker and rigger for years and moving into supervision it was an easy choice for his dad to hire him to help run his construction business. Though his dad was in the industrial painting business, he didn’t need more painters: he needed leadership and Colby had it. But, like all great things, this to came to an end as well.

Sitting around pondering the next great adventure in his life one evening and reminiscing he recalled an old saying he use to here almost daily on jobsites across America, “I’m so tired of being overworked, underpaid and underappreciated!" THAT WAS IT!! It was like a lightbulb turning on, he quickly grabbed a pen and pad, writing down, Underpaid Society; this would soon turn into Underpaid Apparel Company and well-the rest is history.
