How long does it take to ship my order?

Items are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 days, although due to nationwide shipping carrier delays, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

I entered the wrong address on my order, how do I change it?

Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue.

I chose the wrong size/ color/ item on my order I submitted, what do I do?

Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible with the order details. There is no guarantee that we can make a change, but we will do our best.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email along with each order after you have checked out. NOTE: If you have not received a confirmation email; check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still do not see an email after 48 hrs please contact us at support@underpaidapparelco.com immediately with your First and Last Name, Home Address, Correct Email Address, and Order Number (If Saved).

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order.
