  • How long will it take to ship my order?

    Items from our orders are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 days, although, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Rest assured that if you placed an order, you are entered into any giveaways running on the website no matter if your order has arrived yet or not!

  • I entered the wrong address on my order, how do I change it?

    Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue with you. 

  • I chose the wrong size/ color/ item on my order I submitted, what do I do?

    Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible with the order details. There is no guarantee that we can make a change, but we will do our best to accommodate or to work with you about remedying the problem or issue.

  • How do I know if my order has shipped?

    After you have checked out with your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide you with shipping information and details. NOTE: If you have not received a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folders, sometimes our confirmations will be sent to these folders, depending on your email settings.  If you still do not see an email after 48 hours, please contact us at support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible with your first and last name, home address, correct email address, and order number (if saved).

  • Do you accept returns?

    All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, we will create your items, so please contact us to discuss any concerns or questions you have about your items.
